What is included in a franchise? You can have your own Hair for Men Barbers
With an investment of around £35,000 + VAT you can have your own Hair for Men Barbers and receive the following support
Location selection – including any negotiations with landlords and solicitors to help get the best deal for your shop.
Hair for Men design – including full shop fit out, all internal and external signage, shop dressed ready for opening as well as the latest EPOS till system.
Marketing Package – including loyalty card scheme, internal and external advertising as well as website and launch events.
Training – before recruiting barbers we will ensure that they are at the required standard, all new members of the team will also receive the Hair for Men brand training to ensure that they are able operate effectively. There is also ongoing training to individuals that would like to develop their career.
Operational Support Manager – each shop has a dedicated Operational Support Manager that is at the end of the phone for any questions big or small, as well as this the Operational Support Manager will visit you once a month to see how the business is performing and offer advice and help on sales and marketing business. There is also a quarterly team meeting where all franchisees come together to share ideas – and maybe share a few drinks too!
